By accessing or using DaySponsor.org ("the Service"), operated by DaySponsor ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
DaySponsor is a fundraising platform that enables organizations to run campaigns and collect donations. The Service facilitates connections between donors and fundraising campaigns, and processes payments through third-party payment processors.
To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Donations made through the Service are processed by Stripe. All donations are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or as specified in a particular campaign. By making a donation, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any donation at our discretion.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service. The Service may not be available in all jurisdictions. By using the Service, you represent that you are not located in, and will not use the Service from, any country subject to U.S. or other applicable export restrictions or embargoes.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DaySponsor and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAYSPONSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DaySponsor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification).
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
